The cultural heritage programme aims to build, starting with the ILP, projects that value our cultural, material and immaterial, historical, and photographic heritage which make it possible to enhance the cultural heritage in the new economic conditions of the market, not only as form of identity but also as an engine of economic development. The cultural heritage programme emphasizes the return to the stage, in the new conditions, of the achievements of the Albanian heritage in the field of architecture, religion, history, archival, and all the elements that make up the material and immaterial heritage of the Albanian people.
