The development programme is the fifth column of the programme of the Liberal Institute of Tirana PASHKO, which summarizes all projects, initiatives in cooperation with interest groups, stakeholders, various industries and social actors, national and international institutions, to improve development indices in Albania which are essential for the success of Albanian society today.
